Participation in any presale, token purchase, or liquidity activity carries financial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. You should consult your own legal, financial, or tax advisors before engaging with the Platform.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Digital assets and blockchain technologies are inherently volatile. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to:

• Market price volatility of digital assets

• Smart contract vulnerabilities

• Potential total loss of funds

8. Compliance with Law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and tax obligations. GemHunt does not provide legal or regulatory clearance and is not liable for your non-compliance.

9. No Guarantee of Returns

Participation in GemHunt’s presales, staking, or liquidity programs does not guarantee any financial returns. All token values are subject to market dynamics, and GemHunt makes no representation or warranty regarding future performance or listing prices.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected by the Platform will be handled in accordance with GemHunt’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure as described therein.

11. Termination

GemHunt reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
