# Presale Terms

The following terms govern participation in the GemHunt presale and are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and clarity for all participants.

1. **Eligibility:**\
   Participation in the presale is open to individuals who comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency or token purchases.
2. **Contribution Limits:**
   * **Minimum Contribution:** 0.002 BNB
   * **Maximum Contribution:** 20 BNB per participant\
     Contributions outside of this range will not be accepted.
3. **Presale Cap:**\
   The total presale is capped at 1000 BNB. Contributions beyond the hard cap will not be processed.
4. **Referral Rewards:**\
   Participants may benefit from a referral program, which rewards contributors at multiple levels as per the defined structure. Rewards are distributed immediately upon valid contributions.
5. **Token Allocation:**\
   Tokens are allocated proportionally based on individual contributions at a fixed rate. Participants will be able to claim tokens after the presale concludes and liquidity is added to the designated exchange.
6. **Withdrawal Policy:**\
   Contributors may withdraw their funds before presale finalization. Withdrawals incur an 80% refund of the contributed amount, with 20% retained as a fee. Withdrawals after liquidity pool creation are not permitted.
7. **Liquidity Provision:**\
   A defined portion of raised funds and tokens will be allocated to the liquidity pool on a decentralized exchange. Liquidity provision is executed transparently, and participants may verify the process post-finalization.
8. **Development Funds:**\
   A pre-determined portion of funds raised (20%) is allocated to project development and operations. This is claimable by the project team only under defined conditions.
9. **Finalization:**\
   The presale concludes once the hard cap is reached or the defined presale period ends. Upon finalization, tokens and liquidity are distributed according to the stated allocation.
10. **Risk Acknowledgment:**\
    Participation in the presale involves financial risk, including potential loss of the contributed funds. Participants are responsible for understanding these risks prior to contribution.
11. **Governing Terms:**\
    These presale terms are governed by the overarching GemHunt policies, disclaimers, and applicable law. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
